The hotel is situated in the surroundings of the village Monti, a small centre of the Gallura region, and in the heart of an area rich of cork oaks and common grape wines.
Just 20 minutes by car you will find the famous white sandy beaches of the north east of Sardinia where you can enjoy the beach life of the Gallura. (These beaches are easily reachable also by public coaches).
The hotel offers you both the hotel formula and residence formula.
The hotel has 22 apartments, all on the ground floor and good furnished in a simply style. Each can sleep up to 6 guests.
The apartments consist of 1 double or twin, bathroom with shower or bath-tub, a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 persons, central heating, colour TV, telephone, some of the apartments have also air conditioning.
There is also a bar, a hall for the breakfast, a reading hall, a conference hall, a large garden park, 2 tennis courts / mini soccer, 3 boccia courts. Private car parking. A play area for children, possibility of excursion and bike rental.
For the guests in half board and full board is an outside restaurant to enjoy lunch and dinner.
