Hotel, received the confirmation of availability with
the amount to pay on account or in a unic solution, have
received the password of access to the payment: you will
get these informations in case you wish to pay with
credit card.

Information about payment with credit card - safe
payment
For supplying a good solution to all the problems due to
the emergency of the reception of the payments with
credit cards, we have adopted the payment with Banca
Sella.
- Safety and confidence of the buyer: the datas of of
Credit card go directly to a sure server of Banca Sella
in SSL system and won’t be kept on InnerSardinia.
No one else except Banca Sella will know the datas of
the credit card.
The procedure is like giving the permission for a
payment directly to a bank.
- the payment modality is very easy: the customer won’t
have to give any certificate of authentication, Java
applet or of plug-in loading on PC, but will simply use
standard browser. This modality “user friendly” gives a
remarkable advantage also for the customers that are not
used to this way of payment (also for residents abroad):
everybody will be in the position of carrying out
payments without any problem.
- System of tested payment: regarding the verification
of the credit card and the answer from the international
circuit, the same transaction made with the P.O.S. is
used, widely tested to guarantee the continuity of the
service with the standards of the market.
International circuits authorized to Visa/Mastercard
The system works in the following way:
- the purchaser decides to pay an account or the entire
amount of the stay at the Hotel of InnerSardinia,
compiles a form, writes the motive and the amount to pay
that is indicatedin the estimate, presses on the key
“insert” that brings to the payment page, resident on a
sure server of Banca Sella.
- a Shopping Cart is introduced to the customer that
contains the name of Stelnet srl (the company that
manages the reservations of InnerSardiniaHotels) and the
amount of the transaction. The purchaser will insert the
number of his credit card, the expiring date, the name
of the card holder and an e-mail address. The insertion
of sensitive data (name and credit card number) will be
treated in a safe modality (the server Banca Sella is a
safe server with cryptography at 128 bits) for the total
guarantee of the purchaser.
- Banca Sella collects the datas regarding the
transaction (total amount and datas of the credit card)
and it inserts them in the international authorized
circuits, with the same modalities of the transactions
made with the P.O.S.
- Through the international circuits, the Institute that
has emitted the card is reached, after obtaining a
positive or negative outcome to the demand of
authorization, then the answer is communicated to Banca
Sella; the purchaser will receive an answer
communicating if this order is confirmed or not.
- At the same time, the server of Banca Sella transmits
two messages via e-mail: one to InnerSardiniaHotel and
one to the purchaser, in which it resume the data of the
transaction.
The entire process takes approximately ten second.
The system guarantees both safety and privacy:
nobody can intercept the data of the credit card because
they are encoded from browser to the server using SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer). The agency manager of the credit card
can only have access to the number of the credit card
and the value of the purchase.
